This policy explains how Next Ride (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit nextride.ae, contact us or rent a car from us. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us through our website form, WhatsApp, phone or email, such as your name, phone number and email address.
• Rental documents needed to rent a car: passport and visa page, driving licence, International Driving Permit where needed, and Emirates ID for residents.
• Payment information for rental payments and the security deposit. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our website.
• Rental records such as booking dates, delivery addresses, Salik tolls and traffic fines linked to the car during your rental.
• Website usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

How we use your information

• To answer your enquiries and confirm bookings
• To prepare rental agreements, insurance cover and car handovers
• To settle tolls, fines and any damage charges
• To meet legal requirements from UAE authorities, including the RTA and police
• To improve our website and measure our advertising
• To send you offers, only if you have agreed to receive them

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies, including Google Analytics and advertising pixels, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to provide our service: with our insurer, payment provider, partner fleet companies when they supply your car, WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us, and UAE authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep rental records for as long as UAE law requires and as needed to settle any fines or claims after your rental. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending marketing messages. Some records must be kept by law until the retention period ends.
